I started my career in the trenches of IT delivery — not in a boardroom. That foundation gave me something rare: a deep understanding of what it actually takes to get things done at every level of an organisation.
Over two decades I have led transformation programmes in financial services, government, healthcare, and technology sectors across Portugal, the UK, Brazil, and beyond. Each engagement taught me that delivery excellence is never just about process — it's about people, alignment, and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.
Today I work with C-suite leaders and their programme teams as a strategic advisor, helping them build the capability, governance, and culture they need to deliver at scale. I also speak internationally on programme leadership, PMI excellence, and the future of project management in an AI-driven world.
